      Ethos Technical Services provides product delivery, product education and 24/7 customer service right to your home. The safety of our patients and their care team is of the utmost importance to us. We start by educating our staff on product and delivery standards focused on protecting the health and safety of those in the home. Our team works closely with the care team to ensure a seamless transition from facility to home.

      Product Delivery

      Following the physician’s referral, our local team conducts an in-home assessment to prepare for product delivery.

      To help ensure wound treatment continues uninterrupted when transitioning care settings, Ethos Technical Services engages with in-home care providers to coordinate product delivery at the time of discharge.

      Patient & Caregiver Product Education

      Adhering to the wound treatment plan can promote a patient’s optimal level of well-being. It can help improve their function, gain greater independence, and assist the patient in remaining at home. Our Technical Services staff provides each patient and care family with the product knowledge and materials they need to actively participate in their plan of care.

      24/7 Service
