We start by educating our staff on product and delivery standards focused on protecting the health and safety of everyone in the home. Our team works closely with the care team to ensure a seamless transition from facility to home care.

Following the primary care provider ’s referral, our local team conducts an in-home assessment to prepare for product delivery.
To help ensure wound treatment continues uninterrupted when transitioning care settings, Ethos Technical Services engages with in-home health professionals to coordinate product delivery at the time of discharge.
Patient & Caregiver Product Education
Adhering to the wound treatment plan can provide emotional support and support optimal health outcomes for patients. It can help improve their function, gain greater independence, and assist the patient in remaining at home. Our Technical Services staff provides each patient and care family with the product knowledge and materials they need to actively participate in their plan of care.
